 Ingredients:  burdock root, echinacea, Amalaki, spearmint, ginger, tulsi, lemongrass, guduchi, and ashwaghanda.   (All Organic ingredients)

Brewing Instructions: Add 1.5 - 2 tsp. to 8 oz. of boiling water, steep for 5-7 minutes. Most tea can be steep twice.
